HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

All online purchases are ‘made to order,’ so please allow 10 to 15 working days for processing and manufacturing. Please note that we can only start this process once we have received payment. If you’re shopping in our online store and we do not have the item or size you are looking for, simply let our team know and we will order it for you. As with online orders, please allow 10 to 15 days for processing and manufacturing after payment. This does not include shipping times.

WHERE TO AND HOW MUCH?

Our courier delivers throughout South Africa at a cost of R180 per parcel. However, if your order is over R1500, we’ll ship it to you for free. Consider it our gift to you. We also ship to the rest of the world! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

WHEN WILL IT GET HERE?

South Africa: Once your order has been manufactured and packaged up, shipping can take 2 - 3 working days. We always choose Overnight Delivery, however, please know that once it has left our hands, we cannot guarantee how long it takes to get to your door. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for shipping from the time your order has been placed. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
